• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

• 2 tbsp oil

• 1 tsp kasuri methi

• ½ tsp turmeric

• 1 tsp red chilli powder

• ½ tsp garam masala

➤ Step 1: Make Kadai Masala

1. Coriander seeds, cumin & red chillies ko dry roast karein.

2. Coarse powder bana lein.

1. Oil me onion & capsicum cubes ko 2 minutes toss karein.

1. Oil heat → ginger-garlic paste fry karein.
