Palak Paneer Recipe | Restaurant-Style Creamy Palak Paneer | Easy Step-by-Step Guide

Ingredients (3–4 Servings)

For Blanching Palak

  • 3–4 cups fresh spinach

  • 4 cups water

  • ½ tsp salt

  • Ice water

For Gravy

  • 200–250g paneer cubes

  • 1 tbsp butter + 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 onion (finely chopped)

  • 2 tomatoes (puree)

  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 2 green chilies

Spices

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp coriander powder

  • ½ tsp garam masala

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh cream (optional)

How to Make Palak Paneer

Step 1: Prepare Spinach Puree

  1. Spinach ko 2 minutes hot water me boil karein.

  2. Ice water me turant transfer karein.

  3. Smooth puree bana lein.

Step 2: Prepare the Masala

  1. Pan me butter + oil garam karein.

  2. Cumin + onion add kar golden hone tak bhunein.

  3. Ginger-garlic paste add karein.

  4. Tomato puree + masale dal kar oil separate hone tak bhunein.

Step 3: Add Spinach & Paneer

  1. Spinach puree add kar simmer karein.

  2. Paneer cubes add kar 3 minutes cook karein.

  3. Garam masala + cream add karein.

Serve hot with roti, naan, or jeera rice.
