How to Make Paneer Butter Masala (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Prepare the base

1.      Heat 1 tbsp oil + 1 tbsp butter in a pan.

2.      Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.

3.      Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

4.      Add tomatoes, cashews, green chilies, and cook for 5–7 minutes.
