Step 1: Prepare the green chutney.
In a blender jar, combine coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, salt, and a little water to make a smooth chutney. The chutney should be fresh and slightly spicy.
Step 2: Prepare the Bread
Spread butter on one side of each bread slice. Spread the green chutney evenly over the butter. This gives the sandwich a rich flavor.
Step 3: Layer the Vegetables
Now, on one bread slice, place the potato slices first, followed by cucumber, onion, and tomato slices. Sprinkle a little salt, black pepper, and chaat masala on top.
Step 4: Assemble the Sandwich
