Drumstick Potato Curry | South Indian Style
Drumstick (Moringa) is widely used in South Indian cooking. When combined with potatoes and aromatic spices, it creates a flavorful and nutritious curry.
Ingredients

2 drumsticks (cut into pieces)

2 potatoes (cubed)

1 onion

2 tomatoes

1 tsp mustard seeds

Curry leaves

½ tsp turmeric

1 tsp sambar powder

2 tbsp oil
Cooking Method

Heat oil, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.

Add onions and sauté.

Add tomatoes and spices.
