How to Make Aloo Samosa
Step 1:
Prepare the Dough In a bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and oil and mix well. The mixture should bind together when pressed in your fist. Now, add water little by little and knead into a firm dough. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rest for 20-25 minutes.
Step 2:
Prepare the Potato Filling
Heat some oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. Once the cumin seeds crackle, add ginger and green chilies. Make medium-sized balls from the dough. Roll each ball into an oval shape and cut it in half. Fold one half into a cone shape, fill it with the potato filling, and seal the edges with water.

Fry the Samosas
Heat oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Gently place the samosas in the oil and fry slowly. Once the samosas turn golden brown and crispy, remove them from the oil.
