Step 2:

 Make the Gram Flour Batter
Take gram flour in a bowl, add turmeric powder, carom seeds (ajwain), and salt. Gradually add water while mixing to make a smooth and medium-thick batter. Make sure the batter is neither too thin nor too thick.

Step 3:

Spread the potato stuffing on one bread slice and place another bread slice on top. Now you can cut this bread into a triangle or rectangle shape.

Step 4:

Fry the Pakoras
Heat oil in a pan. Dip the stuffed bread thoroughly in the gram flour batter and carefully place it in the hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame until golden brown.

Step 5:

Tips for Extra Crispiness
While frying the pakoras, keep the flame on medium and flip them once to fry both sides evenly. After frying, remove them onto a kitchen tissue to drain excess oil.

Healthy Variation

If you want to make a healthier version:

Add boiled vegetables to the filling.
