Step 1: Sabzi Prepare Karein
Sabse pehle ubli hui sabziyon (aloo, gajar, matar) ko achhe se mash kar lein. Dhyan rahe ki lumps na rahen, warna cutlet shape banana mushkil ho jata hai.
Step 2: Masala Mix Karein
Mash ki hui sabzi me onion, hari mirch, ginger-garlic paste, namak, garam masala aur red chilli powder add karein. Sab ingredients ko achhi tarah mix karein.

Step 5: Fry Karein
Pan me oil heat karein aur cutlet ko medium flame par golden brown hone tak shallow fry karein. Dono side evenly fry karein.
