 How to Make Khaman Dhokla (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Batter Prepare Kare

In a bowl, mix gram flour, yogurt, and water well to avoid lumps.

Now add ginger-chili paste, turmeric, sugar, lemon juice, and  salt. The batter should be smooth and of medium consistency.
