Step 1: Prepare Chicken Mixture
In a large bowl, add minced boiled chicken, mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, spices, salt, lemon juice, and coriander. Mix everything well until it forms a soft dough.
Step 2: Shape the Cutlets
Take a small portion and shape it into round or oval cutlets. Keep aside.
