How to Make Kadai Paneer
➤ Step 1: Make Kadai Masala

Coriander seeds, cumin & red chillies ko dry roast karein.

Coarse powder bana lein.
➤ Step 2: Saute Veggies

Oil me onion & capsicum cubes ko 2 minutes toss karein.
➤ Step 3: Make Gravy

Oil heat → ginger-garlic paste fry karein.

Tomato puree + haldi + red chilli add karein.

Roast until oil separates.

Kadai masala add karein.
➤ Step 4: Add Paneer

Paneer cubes + kasuri methi + garam masala add karein.

5 minutes simmer karein.
