  • 1 green chilli (optional)

  • ½ tsp red chilli powder (optional)

  • ¼ tsp garam masala

  • Salt (if required)

  • Capsicum

  • Carrot

  • Green peas

Masala Maggi Recipe

Step 1: Sauté the Vegetables

Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add the chopped onion and sauté until light golden brown. Now add the ginger-garlic paste and green chili and sauté for one minute.

Step 2: Add Tomato & Spices

Now add the chopped tomato and cook until the tomato softens. After that, add the Maggi tastemaker, red chili powder, and garam masala and mix well.

Step 3: Add Water & Noodles

Now add 1½ cups of water to the pan and let it boil. Once the water starts boiling, break the Maggi noodles and add them to the pan.

Step 4: Cook

Cook the Maggi on medium flame for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are soft and the water is absorbed.

Step 5: Final Touch

Turn off the gas and let the Maggi rest for 1 minute. Now serve the hot Masala Maggi.
